Committed to excellence in real estate. As an athlete from my younger days, I learned quickly that a high level of dedication and perseverance are skills that set me apart. With an obsessive work ethic and integrity style, I have consistently parlayed this into the highest level of professionalism.  My real estate career officially began in Manhattan in 2006 but long before I began building my own real estate portfolio of investments. As a first hand investor, I have gained an abundance of knowledge; ie mechanics of homes, financials, ROI, budgets, marketing and most importantly an understanding of people. This guided many of my next moves to adapt into one of the most vast, detailed & creatively strong negotiator's.
